James done goofed, and the planned episode is no more. But never fear! A new challenger appears! The Pilots convene (minus Samantha who is still enjoying her trip to Japan) to talk about the media they’ve been consuming lately. Join us this week to talk about the things we’ve thought were cool lately. Feel free to let us know what you’ve been reading/playing/watching either in the comments or on Twitter @rocketpunchRDO! Please don’t forget to like and subscribe as well.

Director Paul Feig (Freaks and Geeks, Undeclared) had a few choice words this week for the typical comment-section crowd regarding the new female-led Ghostbusters cinematic universe:
‘The only way I could ruin your childhood is if I got into a time machine and went back and made you an orphan.’
In other news, Rocket Punch Radio is reporting record sales of burn cream for the week of March 9th, 2015. We here would also like to politely ask the Internet to Hakuna their Tatas. This is not the first time the Boys in Grey have seen help from the other gender. In the cartoon and the comics, Janine Melnitz strapped on the unlicensed nuclear accelerator (likely because Bustin’ made her feel good). Likewise in the comics, and later cartoons we had Kylie Griffin, and in the comics alone there was Detective Ortiz.
And of course, we also had the Female Player Character available in the PS2 and Wii version of Ghostbusters: The Video Game doin’ it before it was cool. I don’t blame you for not believing me. No one bought those versions (and for good reason. They were a buggy mess, despite the nice visual aesthetic). But just take down below, where you can find her slugging it away with a pretty pesky poltergeist.
No job is too big. No fee is too big.
James and Nate sat down last night to have a short talk about Nate’s PAX East experiences. They talk about the games, the hardware, and the people of PAX, as well as the future of VR. The episode is now live for subscribers on Stitcher and iTunes.
Please don’t forget to rate and review us. We’ll read reviews on the podcast, and every rating or review you give us helps people know about the podcast. Don’t forget if you have questions or comments you can hit us up on Twitter @rocketpunchradio or you can email us at email@example.com!
This week the RPR Pilots continue their discussion on the movies they liked better in concept than in practice. We span genres, ranging from fantasy to sci-fi, to horror. If you think our opinions were off base, feel free to let us know in the comments below, on twitter @rocketpunchRDO, or via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can download the episode via the link below. I’ll also be posting the iTunes link when it goes live.
Our first episode went live this time last week. This is the beginning of a two-part discussion on the movies we liked better in concept than in practice. Stay tuned for next Saturday when part two goes live. What were some of the movies you liked better in concept than in practice?
